Food Roots partners with Nehalem River Ranch and local restaurants to highlight the bounty of our north coast producers and provide an intimate space to share our accomplishments and future goals. These multi-course dinners showcase the farmers, ranchers, fishers, foragers, and chefs who make our north coast community such an incredible place to eat.

 

Each dinner features a series of unique dishes designed by the hosting chefs to best present the local flavors of our north coast food system.
